Rooted in organic viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking, SLS wines highlight purity, balance, and a true sense of place through native fermentations, thoughtful farming, and careful cellar practices. With a background spanning California, Australia, Oregon, the Northern Rhône, and Champagne, Sam brings a global perspective to the unique terroir of the Monterey Bay region.
